Encourage pastors
Ministry can be lonely. We keep in touch with our pastors, pray with them, sit down over coffee, and make sure no one is serving without a friend nearby.
Guide pastor search teams
When a pulpit is open, we walk with your search team from the first meeting to the first Sunday — with practical steps, sample documents, and honest counsel.
Train leaders
Training videos, workshops, and hands-on coaching for deacons, teachers, treasurers, and volunteers who keep a church running week after week.
Serve together
Shared outreach, disaster relief, revivals, and community events that are bigger than any one congregation could take on by itself.
About Us
Appalachee Baptist Association is a family of cooperating Baptist churches — small country congregations, growing suburban churches, and everything in between — joined together for encouragement, accountability, and mission. We believe the local church is God's plan for reaching a community, and that churches accomplish far more when they stand together than when they stand apart. Our office exists to serve those churches: to answer the phone, show up when needed, and help every congregation take its next faithful step.
